Any new features that augment or enhance the current Services, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Account Information and Security

By signing up to use the Services, you signify your binding acceptance of the Terms of Service (“TOS”) and you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

When and where required, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Regents Park Holdings cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Regents Park Holdings, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, or any other Regents Park Holdings Services, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content and reporting data in your account. Regents Park Holdings reserves the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

Regents Park Holdings shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
Content Ownership and Copyright
Regents Park Holdings does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials you submit or make available for inclusion on or through the Services ("User Content"). As between Regents Park Holdings and you, you own all rights to your User Content.
Regents Park Holdings respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, Regents Park Holdings has a policy of disabling access to any User Content that violates copyright law, suspending access to the Services to any user who uses the Services in violation of copyright law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account of any user who uses the Services in violation of copyright law.
However, Regents Park Holdings has the ownership and the intellectual property rights to all content and tools made available to users through all of its operating units. When the content and tools are made available for a limited duration, access to these tools and content will expire at the specified time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Regents Park Holdings does not warrant that (i) the Services will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Services will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Regents Park Holdings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Regents Park Holdings has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and Services resulting from any goods, data, information or Services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Services; (v) or any other matter relating to the Services.
